Automobile Injury Appeal Commission
CanLII - Canadian Legal Information Institute
Did you know?

Saskatchewan is Canada's sunniest province, averaging from 2,000 to 2,500 hours of sunshine annually.

The Commission may receive appeals related to a variety of administrative decisions responding to personal injury claims. For example, Saskatchewan Government Insurance may decide not to process an application for personal injury benefits because the claimant has filed their claim after the prescribed period. Depending on the circumstances, the claimant may choose to appeal the decision.
